We are dedicated to providing an individualized approach to your short-term rehabilitation recovery goals following a hospitalization from serious illness, injury or elective procedure. Covenant Living can be the bridge between hospital and home to get you back on your feet. We currently accept Medicare, private pay and some long-term insurance plans.
